Gas Cylinder
To confirm
Upon checking the Ebina City Waste Separation Dictionary website (Gomi Saku) for handling instructions regarding gas cylinders, the following classification was confirmed. Cassette cylinders and aerosol cans are treated as "cans." On the other hand, general gas cylinders such as propane are classified as "Prohibited for Disposal (Not Collected Routinely)." Detailed disposal instructions (such as whether puncturing is required, specified containers like transparent bags or baskets, collection day categories, precautions, and contact information) could not be confirmed from the list section. For cassette gas cylinders and aerosol cans, use up all remaining gas and then dispose of them according to the rules for the "cans" category. Propane gas cylinders cannot be placed out for municipal collection. Please request their collection from the retailer or your contracted gas supplier (the provider). Keep away from fire, direct sunlight, and high temperatures. Puncture only if instructed by your municipality. Always confirm final details on Ebina City's official sorting guidelines page or with the sanitation department.
